Business Incubation
There’s no doubt that small business incubators are providing the low and moderate income entrepreneurs with the necessary facilities to support the growth of their business.
Small business incubation was created out of the belief that given the correct resources, these natural entrepreneurs can create self-sufficient businesses that benefit themselves, their families and their community.
Business incubators are a unique facility where capital investment in setting up a new business can be prohibitive for many new small businesses. Not only are costs affordable and fully equipped but the incubator offers intangibles that can make all the difference to start up entrepreneurs who are often overwhelmed as they struggle to master all the moving parts of a new venture.
For the past 12 years, with its business incubation facilities, ERBEAC has been successfully supporting many small businesses in the early stages of development. Unique to Australia, and to some degree internationally, ERBEAC has also been providing a range of kitchen incubators that support early stage catering, retail and wholesale food businesses.
ERBEAC currently operates several business incubator facilities – Stafford Court in Midland, Coolamon in Ellenbrook and the Perth Enterprise Centre in Northbridge. Each site offers a range of standard services such as secretarial facilities, business management support, conference and meeting facilities 7 day access and 24-hour security.
